I have submitted my maternity claim with the Sandton Dept of labour branch, After waiting a whole day I submitted my claim,
I went in with all of my forms and I even went in with the proof of the email that my employer sent and I took a copy, At 4pm I was assured that everything was good and I should follow up on my payment in 5 weeks,
I call today and speak to a rude guy who tells me my claim was declined because my employer never submitted the forms...
What on earth is this when I personally handed it in together with the proof that my employer submitted the forms.
I want my payment completed asap, before I take this further.
The employers are damn incompetent.
