A person in our co. brought to my attention that back in 2014, Matt Gephardt of Channel 2 News in Salt Lake City , UTAH, wrote a story about a customer not receiving a product from us. At that time, I, the owner was travelling. The man's order did run late, however, he did get his refund from his credit card co.According to our records, at the time, the items went out and he had already gotten a refund on his card. As far as the other half of the order paid by check, Mr. Howard Adams called much too long after the 6 month allowable tracking time for us to track his order. Matt Gephardt says he spoke to me and televised in his segment that phone call.
