Purchase a mattress and ajustable base 11/08/15, set delivered the next day and set up. Discover mattress was not suitable for the base. Was told by the sales man at the time of purchase if we were not happy with the mattress we can return within 100 day at a return cost of $139. Well I called regarding the base and was told this was a non returnable item, can return the mattress but not the base. Didn't make sense but that was they policy. So to accommodate we change out the mattress and also ordered a headboard.
Found the headboard wouldn't fit on the base. All the manager for the store and ask again if we could change the base out, was happy with original mattress and headboard. Told they can't take the base. They took back the mattress and headboard and was left with base. After a number of calls to the head office they told me they will take base back at a cost of 20% restocking fee and $70 pick up fee. So I regret able took the offer. It took almost 3 months to be credited the funds and I am $600 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I will never recommend Mattress Firm
