I lodge a complaint to MCMC about Maxis Poor Network Quality of 4G and 3G in my residential address in Kota Kemuning on 21 Nov 2018. Few days later, Maxis called and admitted the poor quality issue but claimed that no plan to improve the quality.
To my surprise, with this type of reply, MCMC close the case on the next day.
I resubmit my complaints to MCMC, in mid Dec 2018; MCMC officer reopened the case. But, despite my many round of follow up message, there has no single reply from MCMC or Maxis.
It seems to me, MCMC is allowing Maxis to provide network quality that is below the committed and published standard. And Yet, in the newspaper, we are reading daily that YB Gobind Singh is assuring the Malaysia on the enforcement of network quality by service provider.
I am speechless on this kind of Lip service !
