for almost 2 months now my water meter is not yet installed. already called their hotline couple of times same answer there is no response from their busiiness center in valezuela. also went to their business center they say that they already award the contract to their contractor, maynilad gave me the number of the contractor they say they have other important priorities to do. i dont know what to do can you help me

I just received my bill today, April 18th, lo and behold, from last month's bill of P1376.88, it's now P11,840.99. I had all the water pipelines checked but no leak is to be found and yet the meter keeps on moving fast. Last month, Maynilad contractors made some changes to the meters in our neighborhood. They change the location of those meters. This is the only changes that was done related to Maynilad in our area. I called their hotline and the CSR told me to pay first half of the amount which is around P6000 to make sure that service will not be cut off. That Maynilad will be deducting that amount from future bills if it's determined that it was Maynilad's shortcoming. I was like, "What the ****"... So it's like you want me to pay in advance for the service that I have not consumed yet . What if I don't have the money? (P6000 is no joke especially if you know that you just average around P1000.00 in a month). I'll definitely raise this issue with Maynilad tomorrow and I just hope they have a clear and believable explanation for this.
