Pathetic Pathetic Bad service!!!
In October I was told by MBD to pay an amount for my Account, paid that amount on the 14th of October 2020, I call them after 2 days to check if the payment had been received, they said they couldn't see the payment, I kept on calling to check they said they can't see it and they can't help me; how can you instruct someone to pay once they pay hard earned money you say you can't assist them???? I sent proof of payment to them still nothing, bear in mind it was sent on the 20th of October 2020. Informed Game about this treatment from MBD, but was told MBD needs to track the payment because of their Essay pay number. I waited whole month of October.
Today I called MBD(10th of November 2020 at 10.30am) to get an update because No1 from MBD has contacted me. The first consultant I spoke to at that time(10.31am number 011 560 4715) she asked for my ID number I gave it to her, once she was in my profile she dropped the call not once but 4 times, when I call again she greeted and I greeted back she dropped the call. What treatment is this???? I paid as told , but now I have to go through this? Game wants their money that I paid MBD, but they failing to do sort this out.
