wrong burger provided

Drive thru order kids meal MC Chicken set , Chicken Burger regular set with Mix & Max Chicken Burger And Apple-pie , ask me to wait beside while preparing, staff to be delivered once food ready after few minutes.
End up reach home found food received not as per order.
we never eat Beef , but provided 2 beef burger , for what ? order are correct, but why FOOD wrong pack as per order ?
