Kioks is good to reduce the job for cashiers, but, doesn't mean to have no cashier to handle the orders with vouchers. Waiting more than 15min to look at the cashier name as Suliza to prepare food and drinks without bother the queue at cashier. Her co worker reminded her two times, to handle the cashier. The co worker even said to Suliza that she can handle the food for Suliza. I wish to put a suggestion idea to the shop, but, couldn't find the suggestion box. Even thought I directly asked to Suliza, where is the suggestion box? No answer from her. Just keep quite.
