Queuing for Mc Flurry on 18th July 2015 at 04:10pm at Centre Point, Sabah. There's no sign of counter closing, but there's a staff in the Mc Donald ice cream booth. So I just wait for my turn to be serve, she did not smile nor talk to me and just mind her own business. While the other boy staff was talking to a girl outside the booth. I have been waiting for more than 3 minutes. So I ask the staff outside the booth is there anyone working here and he ask me to go to the main counter for ordering meals. The staff inside the booth just ignoring me whitout saying a word. I don't uderstand how can an international fast food company service can be so bad. This is not the first time I have this kind of experience. I am really disappointed with Mc Donald service. Trying to aim to be the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry? Is this the way to it?
