29/12/2016 around 23.01pm I go to MC DONALDS to order some food. When I want to eat my food, I notice that inside my porridge got a FLY! I go to the counter ask the staff but no one come to respond me after I wait so long. Lastly the person incharge name Kueh come out to respond me, I compaint to her, the staff named Nur Anissa who serve me when I order my food do not even say sorry but keep goggle at me, then Kueh ask her come inside, she not happy and show me the indecent hand gestures to me! I feel dissapointed with this kind of poor and rule customer service. I hope MC DONALS can give punishment to this staff. Luckily this Kueh are very kind, she always apologize to me and solve this problem in a good way and i get my refund money. I hope MC DONALD can take care about this hygiene issue and hope to get your feedback as soon as possible.
