Long service time

Mc Donald’s Kelana Jaya - you really need to have proper staff planning. Gone were the days of the efficient and fast service.

Every weekend, you know it’s your peak time in the morning, so please please allocate more staff at the counter. Not just one person taking the order and packing the order. Ridiculous...and the manager or supervisor just walks around without any initiative to help.
