I am very disappointed with the services provided by mcd malaysia, particularly the sunway mentari outlet. They claim to be operating round the clock but in reality, they would not accept orders early in the morning or late at night.
I had to resort to advance order for the next morning delivery. I made an order for 6.15 the following morning, and I was told that they only start delivering at 7.30 am. Then on the morning itself at 7 am, I received a call saying that mcd malaysia is closed nationwide and they could not proceed with my order. It is not the first time encountering such last minute changes from them, and it has upset my plans and caused a lot of inconvenience.
Also, the outlets are swarmed with flies, particularly the one at mcd SS15 drive thru. Please do something about your services and cleanliness.
