I feel so sad when I open the paper beg and saw some ketchup pacakges inside the fries. Just imagine if the ketchup package surface has some dust or dirt, and when people eat, what will happens? Because we can't see the dust by eyes right! So please improve this. Some more the fries it’s not fresh, it looks like it’s been left for a long time, and it’s very soft on the bite. Please improve this also. I think these two issues are mistakes that the staff will not make. Thank you.
