tidak hormat pelanggan

manager AQILAH tak respect pelanggan langsung .. depan cust terpekik2 sambil amik order.. sy tnya baik baik dengn dia , dijawab nya menengking .. layak ke macam itu di panggil manager? bila sy nk bayar , dia main keluar je dari kaunter , tinggalkan cust beratur panjang.. adab tak ada .. pertuturan dalam bahasa yg kasar .. sy mmg tidak berpuas hati dengn service di berikan..
