This is my first time coming to Bukit indah Mac Donald outlet to eat my dinner. I went to one of the counter to purchase two sets of meal and upsize for both meals and one ala-carte item. So both meals include 2 drinks, and so my drinks are ribena and Fanta Frozen. As for Fanta Frozen, they have some smell in it, think they never wash or clean the machine. So I went to change to another one, which tastes the same, and I went to change again, they changed for me a regular size of coke, which I already upsize my meal at first. Last but not least, i am so hungry that I have to eat my food before I get any gastric pain. So after I ate some of the food, I went to change my drink, they gave me additional regular coke and all the while they even didn't apologise to me. By the way, I also did ask for the manager, but the counter staff did not tell the manager what is it happening. So what is the manager for? Just a name!!! There is no customer service at all.
