They keep cutting the part of my txt off from the manger ruby from 7/23/20 asking me how was i doing and me telling her i,ll be out a few months in still in therapy unable to work and she said ok location 6405 Nova Dr. I posted it on Twitter and its on the other Complaint board go check them out since complaint board forum keep cutting that part of my txt off why have these sites and then when we post our truth you either dont posted it or try to hide our proof from the public eyee

Hi, my husband work's afternoon shifts so, he has to buy my son and myself dinner at lunch time, do to my poor health. I'm unable to cook because I have diabetic neuropathy. I had my husband get me two grilled chicken sandwiches with only tomato and lettuce and a ice tea. When i have my son Alexander reheat my sandwich, I take off the lettuce and tomato and just heat up the bun and chicken. I place back the lettuce and tomato and apply some Miracle Whip light on the bun. I ate my first sandwich at dinner time and I was full. I ate my second sandwich later on after my husband came home. I asked my husband to heat up my second sandwich, the same way as the first sandwich. But when I went to put the tomato and lettuce on, I unfolded the lettuce leaf and saw a bug. I told my husband and he looked and he saw a bug too! I was so grossed out and became upset. I had my husband take a picture of the bug, and we looked at different types of lettuce bugs. We think it is a Bagrada Bug. We have never seen this type of bug. I didn't know what to do. My husband says this type of thing happens, but I feel the public has a right to know, what they might be eating. This is awful. Products need to be carefully cleaned and checked properly! I haven't been able to eat anything from there since finding the bug last week, that's why I'm writing this! I hope you can help me with this problem. Please contact me as soon as possible. I took my grandchildren to McDonald's on Highway 45 North, Columbus, MS. We went through the drive through. First of all I noticed the amount shown on the outside board for the total amount due was different from the amount the drive thru person quoted. When I got to the window and inquired about the difference she told me the tax did not reflect on the board. I reviewed my sales receipt and the number on the board and the numbers on my receipt did not match at all. When I received my order I did not receive my entire order. I went inside, second big mistake; the first was ever stopping at McDonald's to begin with. No one in the place knew what they were doing. When I finally got to the counter I requested a refund as I had my children in the car. The lady told me no one knew how to make a refund except her and she was too busy. I waited again for the rest of my order.

I have yet to have a good experience at this McDonald's because you either are treat very rude, you don't get what you order or you just get so frustrated with the service and general attitude wonder why you every thought about stopping by again. This McDonald's needs immediate help with training and customer service skills.

You need to actually cook, which is what most parents do.
