I had placed an online orders thru Mcdonald online delivery apps at 11:05am on 11/12/2016, and I had received confirmation orders and was accepted thru email. At around 12:55 noon, I received 5 calls from McDonald's Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, saying that they will not deliver because is out of area coverage. I demand them to find ways to deliver my orders because i received acceptance and confirmation orders. Insisted they are not deliver it. This 'Empty Promises and Big Disappointed for my family!!! Immediately I called McDonald's toll free no. 1300131300 to make a complaint. About 2 months ago, we did received McDonald's delivery order to us. But their customer service just replied ' We are sorry that this area is out of coverage'. I asked them to pass to their manager and customer service took down my contact no.and assured that their manager will return call to me in few minutes. But I had waited for 4 hours no one return my cal. THIS IS BAD SERVICE FROM A MULTINATIONAL AND WELL KNOWN FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! IS IT BECAUSE MC DONALDS ARE SO WELL KNOWN AND EVEN CARE TO SOLVE SUCH A SMALL ISSUE??? WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT!!!???
