My name is Patrick Palmer a Malaysian professional aged 47 years old. I've been patronising McDonald's in Teluk Gedung Besar, Port Klang, Malaysia for almost everyday for breakfast and I'm currently writing this mail while enjoying my McMuffins at the outlet.

My complain is for the past half hour a staff/staffs have been singing so loudly/ shouting, laughing and speaking so loudly a total disregard to the customers presence at the outlet. The scenario of the noise coming from the kitchen was akin to a wet market. We do not expect such mentality from the servers at McDonald's and therefore expect McDonald's Malaysia not to condone such nonsense at their outlets. My observation and witnessing the ruckus is at approximately 9.40 am to 10.20 AM Malaysian time.
