Saya beli bubur dan saya dh beritahu saya nak plain, tpi bila saya dapat yg tak plain, and then staff yg serve tu pulak muka nye berlagak sngat, kita yang nak makan ni pon rse tak berselera, hope mcd please training your staff cara untuk serve Customer dengan lebih baik lgi.

The drive thru here in Kampar is constantly having congestion along the drive thru, having the cue with lines of cars, causing traffic congestion around the area of the nearby shop lots.

In addition, during these peak hours (7pm until 10pm, 11pmish), the workers are seen to have constant chit chatting instead of focusing on delivering the foods.

I am sure also MCD is a prestigious brand that upholds their standards, however, most of the time, I am disappointed also when they just simply prepares the foods that are always under portioned. To add, the orders are received wrongly at times. I have always been a loyal customers of yours, but I am gradually losing loyalty and interests as I was always served with bad services and products.

Well, saya drive thru mcd kampar and Someone who serve me was really bad. Saya tak kisah if your staff buat kerja lambat but being rude is not goof as a stuff for fast food. Tak cakap sorry satu. I tunggu drive thru mcm orang bodoh and dia boleh buat kerja lambat lambat. Bila nak bagi my makanan muka tu tak boleh berlagak lagi ke? Lain kali before nak ambil pekerja, please train betul betul dulu
