Im not trying to create a scene here but this is an issue that been around since 2 years ago..the amount of flies in airconditioning area in mcdonalds kota damansara amused me..few flies flying around disturbing eateries is such a shame to mcdonalds..guess what i recorded it as flies land in front of my meal..i do have proof and i dont want to escalate it as i want mcdonalds to take action first. If i came back and same thing occur, then sorry to say you dont deserve forgiveness.

This put a huge question on your cleanliness as flies can just fly in into your cooking area and lay eggs or etc.. So our food is save? Maybe health ministry and public would love this issue..
