Sir/Ma'am,
The McDonald Restaurant as identified above was 20minutes late(April 27, 2014) to open for breakfast today. I questioned the Supervisor-in-charge and she rudely said the stock delivery was late and went away. Is this the kind of customer-service the public expects of McDonald in Malaysia? Food & beverage items are aggressively promoted but customer-service has taken a dive for the worst. Where is the apology for about 10 individuals including myself who were waiting for the restaurant to be opened for breakfast? Only one-service counter opened with a queue of disappointed customers, service was bad There was no smile and business started as though nothing unusual happened. There was no salutations for Good Morning, Thank you, See you again, etc.. The smile-factor has completely become an alien-culture. This is true for most outlets in Malaysia. Staffs cannot speak a decent sentence in English. Another serious and worrying culture is that McDonald in Malaysia seems to practice a racist policy, where is the equal-opportunity policy which embraces all races, cultures and ages equally?

I hope McDonald in Malaysia will make the necessary changes to correct the above-mentioned issues.
