I ordered 2 set of burgers which came with a hash browns. When I received my food and I checked it, there’s no hash browns in it. So, told the worker and she asked me to wait for 20 minutes. For your information, I was waiting for 20 minutes before I get my burgers. I’ve been waiting for almost 40 minutes! After that, I decided to knock on the drive through window and ask for the hash browns. When they open the window, I saw a bunch of workers were chitchatting with each other and not doing their job. One of the workers was trying to brush me off, he told me the hash browns were still frying! Summary for this, I’ve been waiting at the mcd for almost 1hour! The service is sucks and lousy. Please improve the worker’s quality! I thought fast food should be fast prepared but it is not !!! Because of the workers!
