I was recently let go from my job of 5 years was coming back to work from medical leave and i was told i did nothing wrong but was being terminated this all came about as i was trying to be put back on the schedule while i was gone on medical leave a new manager took over whom i might add never liked me and i have never had a issue in the past till the one manager took over i have medical disabilities and i also turned in updated medical slips from my dr listing my restrictions that needed to be followed at work and it was never a issue in the past but now all the sudden after Turing the paperwork in i am being told i was being terminated just because seems more like it was a case of she didnt want to deal with my medical limitations and thats what everyone i have talked to about what happend said to me also i have never had any problems the five years i worked there always did my job as told was there on time for my shifts and got along well with the other employees and i was let go for no reason more like it was my medical restrictions why she let me go
