order not right

I am very disappointed with McDonalds. My order has been messed up on five differant occasions.I always order a large ice tea unsweet with lemon and extra ice.I mean how hard is that to mess up,really.Anyway three times I have gotten sweet and others times no ice.And the big thing is on the screen it always says how I ordered it. So the people inside must not read! very upset.The McDonalds is on Haygood rd. in Va. Beach,Va. Thank You for your time Judy Redfield
