Lincare mdinr is maybe the worst medical service company on the planet. The phone line makes you wait and wait and wait, then you will be told you have to call back to get the right department--there is no right department. you will go in circles and when someone tells you they have solved the problem--that is not true. They don't solve your problem--they can't even send the test strips to the right address, can't even get a correct tracking number. Who is the competition? Help? I've never tried to get help from a company that is so bad.
