unauthorized billing

How do I get them to stop mailing me more product? This makes the 3rd shipment that they have sent and I have called and canceled now twice and still haven't received any money back. Im calling my bank in the morning and canceling my bank card and ordering a new one. this is bull-crap.

IM having the exact issue and UNAUTHORIZED BILLING had. the exact same story. How do we get our money back and how do we get them to stop mailing us more product?
