I worked for Medizone lavender house. I did the full training and spend over R3000 out my own pocket to go see customers. My customers paid cash for their machine and it is 3 months later and I still have not received any of the commission as promised. I kept the demo machine to ensure I get my money. And I went to see a lawyer to assist me in this regard.
The managers of Medizone lavender house threaten my lawyer that they will charge me with theft if I do not return the demo machine. He kept the demo machine and told them as soon as proof of payment has been received they can come collect their machine. It is now 3 months later and they still have not paid me or collect the machine. They ignored my lawyer messages also.

MEDIZONE WAS PAID IN FULL IN APRIL 2017 ALREADY AND THEY STILL DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT (R642.32). THEY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE WHEN YOU GET HOLD OF SOMEONE. THEY NEVER REPLY TO ANY E-MAILS OR RETURNING ANY CALLS. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE EVER FOR A PRODUCT BOUGHT THAT WAS WELL OVER PRICED. THERE WAS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE OR ANY CLIENT SERVICE AT ALL. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT WAS TAKEN ILLEGALLY FROM ME AFTER APRIL. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM WHAT SO EVER. THE ONLY TIME I RECEIVED A CALL WAS WHEN ANDREAS CALLED ME WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM ONE MONTH WITH THE DEBIT ORDER

Bought a medizone spa bath, ozone kit and water machine from this company in November 2015 - goods worth over R35k. They promised a consultant would come and show us how to use the spa bath - to date (and after several attempts at calling the rep) no-one has come to show us - R18k worth of goods still sitting in the box. Then lets move on to the R20k water machine - its not even three months old and it leaks all over our kitchen units at least twice a month - we now have waterlogged shelving in our kitchen units which is going to cost us to replace. Phoned the rep, phoned the head office, phoned the guy who installed the unit - not one person has called me back - this is over a two week period - we are paying over R4500 per month via debit order for a machine that doesn't work and for another machine that still sits in the box because we don't know how to use it... most pathetic company - quick to sign contacts to get you to pay - SLOW to fix the machines they sold that are faulty.
We are going to cancel our debit order with immediate effect - come and fetch your rubbish machines and pay us back what we have paid already..... enough is enough

I was told by a consultant for Medizone that I will pay R385 per month for the Spa. She told me that Medizone head office will call me and they will ask me if I agree to pay R860 but I should say yes to that as much as she will make me a better deal and allow me to pay R385 per month. Now things have changed....she is nowhere to be found. Medizone deducted R860 from my bank account but I reversed it and deleted the debit order. I refuse to pay R860 because I was told I would pay R385. I do not have R860 to pay every month! I could never afford such but now I'm stuck with this contract because Medizone tells me they will proceed with legal action against me. Why are they not speaking to their consultant. If they have bogus consultants why should innocent people suffer? I have told Medizone to cancel everything. The spa is 2 months old I am prepared to return it but they won't budge. All I know is I do not have R860 to pay for the Spa.
