I find it very hard to believe that the spar at Boulders in Midrand next to the rank is paying their casual workers a minimum of R100 a day, working from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and Sundays it's 7am to 4pm. This is very unfair and illegal. They are not paying them according to the rates of which they should be getting +R200 for a day. With that said they do not let them sign any contracts stating that they are casual workers and are on probation for 3 months and will be taken permanently after 3months if they are satisfied with their services. No payslip
