Subject: Increased administration charges & credit limit without my Approval.
Dear Sir.
I Have been using the above card (a) from 2008 and there is no payments default in my account. The total limit of the card was AED 6000.00 and an admin charge of AED 85.00 per month.
This card is offering a two-way ticket for Holy Umra with a minimum point of 230000. I have completed more than 190000 points.
I haven't approached the bank for credit hike or new card, my existing card (a) is expiring only on 02/2018. But from October 2015 my card (a) was not working and I contacted the bank and they give the new card number by phone and informed me that my card was delivered to my address. (at that time also they didn't mention the new charges and credit limit.)
But I didn't receive the card and I informed them for new card but they are asking AED 200 for replacement. So I didn't insist for them for replacement and my plan was to pay the full amount
and get the offer. When we found this cheating I contacted the branch (Shaikh Sayed Branch) and they are not ready to hear my grievance. Then again I contacted the customer care and lodged a complaint (SR 8659725) dated 22/08/2016 and it was also declined.
Reference to above details, I am expecting the following relief from your end.
1. I am ready to settle the total outstanding amount with the agreed admin charges (AED 85pm)
2. Reimburse the overcharged amount of AED 1150.00 (From October 2015 onwards)
