Company refuses to respond

Merchantcircle.com - I have made numerous calls to this company and sent numerous e-messages. The one e-mail I did receive was vague...??? I called their 800 # and was charged $34.95 - I received a recording telling me the party was not available. So...$34.95 for nothing! All I want to do is edit a review.
