Deceptive practices
Metlife will not allow online or over the phone payments for whole life insurance. Metlife insists upon "snail mail" payments only. This is absurd! Metlife's over the phone service agents barely speak English and are difficult to understand. Your calls to Metlife's service center are frequently dropped, requiring you to start the lengthy process all over again. From my experience, Metlife is Not a good company to do business with. Try to get a service agent on the phone and see for your self.
