Defective phone
Last September Metro provided two phones on a deal to me and my girlfriend we're just making the first payment. The phone is the ZTE Max Pro 980 it has an inherent problem. The error message "unfortunately stock Android has stopped" repeatedly interrupts conversation while in calls and text. I repeatedly went into the stores at least four or five times and call technical support twice. I was told Flatley there's nothing they will do for me. I made the statement hey that's not customer service that's not satisfying you a complaint they don't seem to care they sent me to another store. So today my bill is due and I made one last attempt to get them to fix the phone or replace it. Same exact situation the running around and being flatly told there's nothing they will do. Metro PCS needs to be checked. The level of support the attitude towards their customers is absolutely unsatisfactory. I see online and everywhere else the level of complaints is outrageous against these people why are they allowed to be in business. I just boycotted them. I'm throwing this phone in the garbage and going elsewhere at my expense. Metro couldn't buy me back at this point and since they are reseller of T-Mobile I had similar problems with T-Mobile. So they must have the exact same attitude. Their answers, their responses, and the style in which they treated mean reveals their attitude towards their customers. I just simply told him there's plenty of other carriers goodbye. I'm going back to Straight Talk.
