paying bill

Hello. Need your assistance please.

Over a month ago I tried the 'hotspot' on my phone to cancel my cable company internet/wifi due to an increase. I was charged a total of $50/mo. instead of $30.

I went in a few weeks ago to cancel the 'hotspot' because I had to keep going to my setting to turn it on. It was frustrating to me.

I went into my Metro store to canceled it just 3 weeks later after paying $55 for this. He clarified my bill is back to $30/mo and my hotspot wifi was cancelled.

I tried to make a payment on my computer but it was locked on my email for some reason and would not go through. Then I tried to make a $30 payment on my phone. It did not work either.

I called to make a payment. I spoke to someone in another country that took my info over the phone. I asked him twice to make sure it was the $30 payment and not the $50 payment. He told me it was for $30. When I got the text... IT STATED $50. They took $50 from my credit card. WTF!

I had him on the phone and told him to switch me to a supervisor. This young kid kept laughing the entire time he had me on the phone and must have not been paying attention to what he was doing. He did not seem professional at all.

I then got Connie #3640 on the phone to assist me. I decided to have them continue with the $50 charge and just charge me $10 for April. I did not trust Metro to handle this issue and thought this would be the simple way.

I am a single gal with a very limited income. This made me very unhappy.

SHE SAID I WOULD GET A TEXT VERIFYING THE $10 FOR NEXT MONTH.... THIS WAS OVER 2 HOURS AGO AND STILL NO TEXT.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW MY BILL NEXT MONTH IS ONLY $10.

Paying my bill

Metro PCS

I called Metro.PCS customer service to change my sim card to a phone that I bought from a friend. My old phone wouldn't let me access my data, I had just bought bought a new sim card 10 days earlier from.the local Metro dealer and it was the reason for no data. I got the new phone to see if the sim.would work but it didn't accept the sim.card so I couldn't activate that phone. The customer service rep told me to dial __*#06# to get new phones IMEI #, Z it only revealed 14 out of the needed 15 digits. She said for me to remove the back of the phone to get the full set of digits. I told her that it had a sticker that read non.removable battery and I didn't think that it was supposed to be taken.off. She said that I need to try to get the back off so she could get the missing digit. I let a friend try to get it off but he couldn't find a notch to start start from. I told her that I don't think the manufacturer wants the consumer to remove the back, only for phone techs but I can get it started with my knife, but need to be sure this is what she really wanted me to do. She said , It's ok, go ahead and take it off. I didn't remove the grey that holds the sim card, I broke the corner on the back and the trey. I got the missing digit she needed but now I can't put the sim on the phone to let her activate it. I tried several times but it kept flashing " No sim No service". She said that my sim.was no good and the local dealer would give me another one,she would put it in my account for a new one free of charge to me. I figured out how to insert the sim without the trey to hold it. The pho e would read "Sim card added" I took off early and the dealer refused to let me put the sim in because it was his, no more on my account to get a free one. He cal!ed customer service to try to get me things straight after explaining to me that the stuff in the store did not belong to Metro PCS. it was his and they could.not tell me that I can get a new one free. He was nice and understood what ok was going tbru, but had NO LUCK getting anything done to help me. I am going to the Better Business Beauro with my next complaint. I can't afford another phone and customer service rep refused to furnish me with one that would hold his sim card. Now, all actuality, I used my phone to talk to my daughter a few times in a month of service and most pho e calls were to Metro PCS . $65 + $20 SIM +$200 phone that is broken and no good for anything but a paper weight now.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY SICKENING

My cell phone is off because I refuse to pay another dime to this company. My son accidently dropped his cell phone into water, his phone has insurance. This is his first phone and this incident has been going on since April, 2017. I have been calling Metropcs, if I get a live person, they say they are transferring the call to another department, then all of a sudden the phone call is disconnected. I ask to speak to someone in Corporate, they say to me "Corporate doesn't have a phone number" I am so sick of the games, I have been paying for both phones since April, 2017. I went to corporate in Hempstead, the guy tells me to upgrade, I don't have upgrade money. That was his solution - just pay more money. Just give me my money back and the insurance I paid for my son phone I purchased the phones 4/5/2017 my son dropped the phone 4/6/2017 here it is 10/12/2017 and this simple problem isn't resolved yet. I have done everything they told me to do, it's a shame I have to cooperate but they get to goof off and take this as a joke. I have lost so much business this week being without a phone. I am a single parent a hard working single parent. I don't understand this nonsense with this company. I am so hurt, disappointed and frustrated. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME. 631-215-9701

Horrible service Horrible phone

I just moved to a new state but right before i moved i decided to take advantage of yalls two phones for 60 a month plan. well when i arrived to the new state i live in the my phone started acting weird saying it was over heating because there is no sim card. I went to a metro branch right away.since i moved i did not have enough money for a replacement phone so they said it was a warranty problem anyways that they will have a replacement phone in right away... well a month later i called they have not even set the order... once i demanded that they start the process which the whole time they were laughing at my frustration or saying manager does not wanna speak to you... so finally two weeks later a replacement phone came and unfortunately there was something wrong with this phone to so they sent it back two weeks later from that day i am still waiting .... another words i have been paying yalls service for more than two months with non stop issues.... now my phone will turn of for ten minutes over heat and i have to turn it off for a hour or two. i have been in a situation where i need to pay bills needed the gps and emergency calls and not been able too. i am soooooo fed up with the service to replace this horrible phone. THe people aat metro keep saying well it aient my fault this is happening and im like look you represent the compNY THERE for if any thing happpens to me the authorities will come to yall first if they relise my phone has not been working. i am asking this to be fixed or i get another phone or something . the metro wait time is very long at the branch and they only have one computer working properly . i have never been so disappointed with the service.....
