COMPANY
COMPANY HAS AUTOMATED SYSTEM SET TO NOT CONNECT TO A REP IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. I ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT THROUGH PHONE TWICE THEN SPOKE WITH REP JUST BEFORE SERVICE WAS TO DISCONNECT. WAS TOLD BY REP ZIP WAS WRONG. I CALLED BANK NEXT MORNING WAS ASSURED NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH ZIP. I TRIED ANOTHER PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE, IT WENT THROUGH WHOLE PROCESS, I WAS WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION TO BE TOLD THERE WAS AN ERROR. I CALL FOR A REP---CANT BE CONNECTED TO A REP ---I HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR GET A 48 HOUR EXTENSION. TOOK THE EXTENSION IN ORDER TO SPEAK WITH REP ---HOLY SHIT THEN TOLD BY REP TOO MANY PAYMENTS ATTEMPTED MUST WAIT 24 HOURS. .
