Rebate

I submit my rebate on 1/31/2017. I have received 4 denied, because of my IMEI number is not correct. I have call each time and we verified it, also send copy of the box showing the IMEI number. I just got another denied as of 4/21/2017.I also talk to a supervisor the last time I talk to them. I feel like this is a scam and after checking online, it seems like I am not the only one who has been scam..
