I go into metro pcs downtown San Diego California and bought the new alctel 3v ... Next day ..It will not charge .. there wasn't a port.... So. I have ordinal package,,reciept.. I asked for a refund . Ohhhh no well order you one on warrenty. Ok. Nothing here it is the 24th and they won't refund my phone and I paid for a month of service I couldn't use. I'm tired of waiting and I want my money back .. They have a thick book of excuses yet I didn't get a phone I just get excuses...I don't want metro anymore and I want my refund for phone and service I never got to use .. They are a nightmare and I'm so upset.. !!!
