My freezes runs hot when someone call me i can hear them they can't hear me

MY HUSBAND I JUST GOT MY SAMSUNG DEVICE ON JUNE 30 2017 THE PHONE FREZZES GETS HOT WHEN A CALL COME IN I CAN HEAR THEM BUT THEY CAN'T HEAR ME I HAVE REPLACE THIS PHONE 3 TIME. IT HAS NOT BEEN A FULL MONTH
