Run as fast as you can if you are involved with this Co. in any way. This was an SBA loan which was supposed to help people after the flood of 97 along the Ohio river. They sold the loan to Duenmuller Mtg Co. everthing was fine and the balance was 11,000' the 1st mtg co did not require flood ins so it was dropped when the prem went to 18,000 a year. MGC forced placed ins on the property and it cost over 20,000 to pay them off. If you are involved in anyway with either of these Co start looking for some way to refi as these Co are professional crooks and you will end up losing your home.
