Penang Miami Beach "Miami Green Resort Condo" Ex-chairlady Sharon Oo Sit Luan & hasband Leslie Leng Jui Leng , harass nearly retired Condo Office Manager Miss Ooi, Miss Ooi is a single mom with a son, The chairlady unfairly dismiss her ,destroy her reputation on residence notice board and condo website ,ruin her retire benefit.

In the video show a German guy Gerhard Leschlke which is also the ex-chairman, he came out from the office saw Miss Ooi harassed by Leslie, but do nothing what a bad guy, because early in the morning 3 of them met outside the office ,after the office opened they go in one by one ,Sharon Oo & Leslie Leng started harass Miss Ooi.

The ex-chairmen Sharon Oo & Leslie Leng using private condominium to do Airbnb business, some residence complaint about this matter, but still can’t stop them ,Miss Ooi is the management office manager ,she not cooperate with the chairlady, so she unfairly fired her. they also fired a residence committee member Mr Yap who against dismiss Miss Ooi.

They also defame a new management company and sack the manager Mr Lim because of residence complaint about him, which no evidence to show to Mr Lim.
