Money deposited into wrong account after i had told them not to deposit in that account.

Mibco head office phoned confirming my personal details and i asked them not to put money into my account because i was having problems with the bank so i cant access my money.I want a reversal of the transaction and cheque payment.

Re:provident fund not yet received

I have resigned on the 8th November 2017 and submitted everything to Mibco. ...then on 8th December 2017 Mibco sent my documents to Mifa but when call Mifa they said no documents received from them .....I called Mibco then they said my claims has already sent.

Please assist me cause they dragging me up and down without any solution.

No payment for saturdays and public holidays.

Hi

I work for CMH west rand, when I started working here in 2014 we got paid R400 per Saturday working every second Saturday.
They then took away the R400 and gave us a R200 petrol slip for our cars, early in 2015 they took the petrol slips away, now we are working every second Saturday with no payment for the day from 8 to 12. they now want us to work this weekend on a holiday the 16th of Dec. also with no payment at all.
Can you please assist this is working without overtime being paid which is against the labour law.
I have not received any overtime payment since January 2015.

SUBMITTED DOCUMENTATION NO CLAIM AS YET

I have driven to RANDBURG office to submit my claim documentation because everybody said it will be faster and your documentation will not be lost. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! After 3 weeks still my claim hasn't been done as yet. I am so disappointed please can someone help me.

Wage increase

Good Day

I am a Clerical employee at a vehicle repairs company for 3 years now and I have not received my annual increase from the month September 2017.What do I have to do.My financial Manager told me that it is not necessary for Monthly employees to get an increase but another monthly employee got an increase in September.We are only two monthly employees because it is a small company.Please give advice as to what I have to do.

Mibco Pay Out

My employer have deducted the Mibco contribution from me as should have done but when they had to pay out we found out he did not pay over as he should have. Now i only received half my money. One year later no reply from Mibco regarding my money. When i followed up they said it is in the legal department. Don't they have a insurance covering this? Who had to make sure that the employers had to pay over? Why wasn't this done?
How long do I have to wait and why should I wait?

Wie dit mag aangaan,

Ons wil graag die volgende onder u aandag bring omrede ons voel dit is baie onregverdig.

MIBCO vereis dat ‘n werknemer 45 ure ‘n week moet werk.

Wat van die werkers wat nie 45 ure ‘n week werk nie.

Daar word nie 45 ure se pensioen gelde van hulle af verhaal nie maar die maatskappy waarvoor hy/sy werk word deur MIBCO aangeslaan op 45 ure per week wat dan aan MIBCO oorbetaal moet word.

Met ander woorde in die voorbeeld hier onder sal u sien:

As u die volgende berekening doen sal u sien dat dit onmoontlik is vir die maatskappy om so ‘n bydrae elke maand te maak.

As werkgewer voel ons dit is baie onbilik van MIBCO om ‘n maatskappy net aan te slaan soos hulle wil en nie uit te vind hoe die werknemers gewerk het in die spesifieke maande voor hulle ‘n aanslag uitreik nie.

Ons vertrou dat u dringende aandag aan die saak sal gee en ons vertrou dat dit so gou as moontlik uitgesorteer sal word.

Unfair dismissal and discrimination

Someone was fire for mixing within 3days without any previous experience. Westcoast 1 Stop. Langebaan. Main reason because he is black. Other previous trainees at the garage have mix before and were given a second chance all coloured people and why isn't he been givin a second chance like the others.

Poor response after arbitration

I was awarded an amount from my company that "retrenched" me in May 2016, after an arbitration hearing in June 2017. The order compelled the company to pay by the 31st July 2017. To date, nothing has been paid...and MIBCO just simply say they are waiting for the company to pay.
This is totally unacceptable. Surely MIBCO, in their capacity as a Dispute Resolution Centre, allied to the CCMA, have a mandate to enforce a set down order?? The company in question, Long Life Tyres in Chatsworth, Durban, have a history of labour law abuses and poor labour relations. Yet they continue to flagrantly disregard not only the labour law, but the bodies put in place to regulate such law such as MIBCO.
Come on MIBCO! The money is owed to me! Do something for a change! I have a long thread of correspondence dating back 15 months with MIBCO, begging and pleading for some kind of resolution and assistance. Take on Long Life Tyres and make them pay according to the arbitration order!
I am on the point of taking this to social media, printed media, wherever I can to blow this wide open.

PROVIDENT FUND DEDUCTIONS

company: ROADHOG TRAILERS: Employees have had provident fund deducted from their salaries. Upon the end of their contracts and being sent to MIBCO for their benefits they are told that no funds have been paid over since 2016. These unemployed employees are cash strapped whilst the passing of the buck continues between MIBCO and ROADHOG TRAILERS.
What is the delay or when can employees being given a certified date for payment - being told to call back at MIBCO in a few months is total hogwash

SURPLUS PAYOUT

We have been told there is a surplus for my husband we they confirmed receiving all the documents in March. No one can tell us why they have not paid out or even give us an ETA on when we can expect the payment. what can we do about this. Its shocking how rude and unhelpful the staff are there.
