My husband died 21/12/2017. I am his nominee on his providend fund for the last ten years that we were married.
After he died - all required forms/documents was submitted - and the year waiting period was granted for any other claims
or beneficiaries to be searched. (He had two daughters - well over the age of 21) from his first marriage and not living with us.
After a year the board had to sit with all the relevant documents and pay out the funds. - it is now another 7 months later and still there is no finalization of his death claim.

I will appreciate it if you can look into the matter for me - as Princess from the MIBFA Offices requested another police report
and according to her they have to wait for Toxycology reports (This is not a live insurance) They had a whole year to collect and trace documents and dependents.The Seargent in charge did complete previous reports for her on the MIBFA stationery as well - I have driven now so many times up and down to their offices and feel that nothing gets done.
