I have been told for 8 years there is no office in Cape Town it cost me to fly to johannesburg to submit claim my claim. I received a call advising my funds will be paid in 2 weeks time, i then followed up again and was told 3 days with a possible 2 days for banl clearance and im still waiting i sent emails and phone calls and still no answers need this sort as now im stuck in johannesburg due to this matter. My provident fund has not been refunded on the given time scale. I've been trying to get my money for 8 years and I get nothing but the run around. I get to two weeks then 3 days it will be paid but still not paid and they don't follow the compliance process as I've made numerous complaints and they not recording my complaint.

I am a member of Mibfa Provident Fund. Since 2016 they stop sending us statements. We use to receive yearly statements on our funds. If they don't send us statements how will we know if our funds are coming to them or not.

It will be pleasure if they can start sending us statements again way back 2016.

I am enquiring about my claim regarding the Provident Fund but are being left on the phone for ages and no-one come back to talk to me.
I spoke to Florence and she put the phone on silent and left me hanging there for 9 minutes before I put it down. Second time....no name....just put the phone on silent.

My Pension on Mibfa is still not paid out. I have been phoning, faxing, mailing etc, and still no success. This claim together with my bankdetails was send in 2016 already!!!!
Since then we have been phoning, and again faxed through the bankmandate and id to 0866344469 and also mailed to

I have all proof that it has been successfully received via fax, and also read receipt from both e-mail numbers, but still no response.
This is ridiculous, and I want an answer now.
