i applied for my surplis money on 26 July 2014 they told me any thing from 6 week to end of March 2015 i phone every month and then they told me i have 2 ref. no i went in on the 18 June 2016 did every thing over the 2 ref.no was that i had a maiden name and my married name then they said any thing from 4-6 week after 4 week i phone and get the lady on the other side to have a additute because i phone 1 a week how long must i wait are unemployed the bank closed my account and had to open a new one when a re-supmet my papers on the 18 June 2016.
