IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS AND MONTHS THAT I AM WAITING FOR PAYMENT. EVERY 2ND WEEK THAT I PHONE THE CONTACT CENTER THEY SAY I MUST PHONE AGAIN AFTER 2 WEEKS AND THEN THEY TELL ME THE SAME OVER AND OVER.

MY DAD RECEIVED HIS MONEY IN LESS THEN A YEAR. WHEY AM I WAITING SO LONG?

My father applied for the fund last year September 2015 and still today he is still waiting..They keep on coming with stories everyday he calls and the agents are so rude...in October 2016 he had to go all the way to Joburg to resign as they say his signatures are not the same...eversince then they say next month,and next month. They are playing with people and the agents are not helpful.

Good day I have applied for surplus fund at mibfa in 2012 but I haven't received a statement as yet everytime I call them they say they are gona send it then I asked for it to be e mailed to me they then said I mst wait 14 days I then waited 20 days I called again then its another 7 days then on Thursday past the said 2 days when I called this morning they put me on hold till my airtime ran out. What can I do to get better service I mean waiting 4 years just for a statement on money owed to me it pathetic.
