I had a liposuction procedure to remove fat around my waist by Michael Churkian, MD, FACS located at 414 N. Camden Dr. Beverly Hills, California. This was a liposuction disaster and a nighmare to live through in many ways.

While Michael Churkian, MD, FACS was performing this procedure on me, he kept leaving the room and then came back to continue working on me. I can only assume that he was attending to other patients. I felt rather insecure in knowing that I was not his complete focus.

After the procedure was done, I was in lots of pain and I left his office. Later on that day I called the office to advise them of the pain I was experiencing. It was only at that time that they prescribed pain medication. The office staff should have prescribed pain medication while I was at the office.

I wore a waist band to keep everything together for many weeks. I did everything I was suppose to do to make sure that the results would be fine. I was very careful through the process of healing as I wanted the best results possible.

The unveiling time came and I was in disbelief and in horror in what I was seeing.
1. I had many spider veins around my waist.
2. I had 2 large lumps in 2 different areas on my waist.
3. My lower back had many ripple and uneven areas that were never there before.
4. My lower back was still thick with much fat there. I noticed no change in my lower back except many ripples.

Michael Churkian, MD, FACS advised me that all of this will disappear in time. I new in my heart and soul that it would not. He knew that he did a major botch job on me, and he did not take responsibility for it. He easily could have done corrective work to repair all of the major flaws. All he is concerned with is making money. He is a doctor that is ruled by money and not by the quality of his work.

I went to see a prestigious doctor who specializes in liposuction for a consultation to do repair work. The doctor told me that Michael Churkian, MD, FACS removed the fat too close to my skin, and that is why I had spider veins. He also told me that Michael Churkian, MD, FACS most likely took too much fat out of my waist, and that is what caused the ripple effect.

I experienced so much pain and suffering as this was a plastic surgery nightmare
