Michelle Bubke and Larry Barlow formed and founded NRG Global Solutions, Inc. This is a BPO specializing in credit card collections.

They have defrauded small companies from lease payment at Felina Building in Eastwood City, and Megaworld Properties at the 26th floor of IBM Plaza in Eastwood City, worst of all did not pay 124 of their employees their corresponding last period's salary and did not remit the mandatory government benefits that they deducted from their pay.

What's worse is Michelle Bubke opened new companies and broke up these up for recruiting and out sourcing work, enhancing her ability to defraud at a much larger scale. She opened NRG Global Collections, Offshore Solutions, My Chat Agents and the Willow Group consulting in the Philippines as a "BPO".

But the ex-employees are helpless as Michelle Bubke doesn't even want to honor the court order to pay (by declaring bankruptcy) and instead hides in plain sight by moving operations elsewhere. They should be prevented from defrauding more hapless employees in a 3rd world country.
