Within about a month, the charging problem started in this mobile Set and on 25.1.2018, its charging pin stopped working. On the same day, I left it to repair in the service center (Sharma Mobile Repairs, Kangra).They take too much time to repair it (Repaired within 30 Days ,on Dated 24.02.2018).
But when I start to use it ,we knew that Its speakers were not working. On dated 27.02.2018, again I left it to repair in the service center (Sharma Mobile Repairs, Kangra) but even after ten days the mobile set has not been repaired .Kindly find enclosed file to confirm Complaint No. and other Information. Kindly take an action on priority basis.
