Refund

I am filling a complaint because you keep taking $6.99 out of my account and I canceled this subscription like 6 months ago. I would like to be refunded. I used my cc card, I do have a bank draft with MS bill info, can this please be corrected. I have an annual subscription that’s due in December this is not fair. Thank you kindly.
