I have contacted Microsoft multiple times and they still continue to take $6.99 out of my personal backlog account. I need for this money to be or back into my account ASAP and for them to stop removing this monthly charge out of my account . I cancelled my subscription back in October of 2017 and they still continue to take this amount out.
