FRAUD

Charge of $210.42 made on my debit card on 5/17/21 from MICROSOFT. Don’t recall making such a huge purchase. I can only guess that someone is has used my debit card with gout my permission.

I am submitting a dispute. DO NOT BILL ANY RECURRING CHARGES IN THE FUTURE!

privacy

I am running Win 10. Every morning when I boot the machine it turns on the camera for some "Locate devices" app. I go to the privacy settings and turn it off telling it to always ask before turning on the camera. The next morning it is the same thing. I am sick and tired of being spied on.

unapproved charge

Dear National Consumer Compliant Board Member,

On 02/08/2018 my Wells Fargo account ending in 3111 was charged without my authorization $19.99 by Microsoft/msbillinfo WA.

Please reverse the charges and let me know ASAP of the progress with this transaction. I do not know how they obtained my card number. I complained three months ago and they keep charging my account.

unauthorized charge

I have a charge of $76.08 from MICROSOFT MSBILL.INFO WA on my Wells Fargo account. I don't know what this is and it was not authorized. I need to have this refunded and not occur again.

Retail Support Manager

I called the Palo Alto California store and when I requested to speak to a Manager, I was directed to the Retail Support Manager named Tony (alias v-6tos. mcrosft.com). Aside from being unable to provide assistance, he was extremely condescending and rude. He has no business being in customer support. I have overseen multiple call centers and if I had him in my center, I would have fired him on the spot. I was extremely disappointed because I did not expect this from a company like Microsoft. I have had a lot of dealings with Apple support and they provide the highest level of support at all times. Microsoft you will always be 2nd to Apple if you support these type of level of service from your staff.

ok today I had bought a game off the Microsoft marketplace(online store for xbox)and when I had bought it and when it was done downloading the game said it needs to be downloaded on a xbox hard drive instead of a flash drive but I couldn't because my xbox is only 4gb and the game is 6.5 gb. so I called the xbox support and got a hold of Deven and told him the situation and he told me that his policy was there are no refunds only special exceptions but my reason dosent follow under it. so I ask if I can talk to someone who can help me and he said no so I ask him to transfer me to someone else and he said I don't have a good reason to get talk to someone else. then I ask to get his ID # and he said he doesn't have one then finally I get a SR#1278249310 but I don't know if its real or if it will help.

Unauthorized Chages

Ive been charged by Microsoft with four charges for 59.99$ and two more for 64.19$ on Tuesday November 25th. I went to my back the next day to file for fraud and so far they haven't told me anything. But this is this ridiculous... I don't ever shop online at a Microsoft, or go physically to a Microsoft store. The only thing that I know i will get charged is having Xbox Live Gold membership which I cancelled two months before this
